Aftercare Instructions
LIP BLUSH AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
WHAT TO DO
• Gently clean your lips several times a day using a lint-free tissue or cotton pad lightly moistened with cooled boiled water or sterile water.
• Apply the aftercare ointment provided by your artist exactly as instructed.
• Keep your lips lightly moisturized, but do not leave them soaking wet.
• If needed, apply a wrapped cold compress to help reduce swelling and discomfort. Never apply ice directly to the lips.
WHAT TO AVOID
• Do not touch, scratch, rub or pick peeling skin or scabs.
• Do not apply lipstick, makeup or skincare products to the lips, except for the recommended aftercare ointment.
• Avoid swimming, saunas, steam rooms and long hot showers while the lips are healing.
•Avoid very spicy, salty or hot foods during the initial healing period.
•Avoid alcohol and smoking during the initial healing period.
•Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds for 3–4 weeks.
•Avoid sleeping directly on your face.
•Avoid teeth-whitening products and laser treatments around the lips until fully healed.
IMPORTANT
Mild swelling, dryness, peeling and temporary colour changes are common during the first few days. The colour will soften as the lips heal, and the final result usually settles within 4–6 weeks.

DAYS 2–7
• Keep the eyebrow area clean and avoid soaking it in water.
• Apply a thin layer of the recommended aftercare product once or twice daily, according to your artist’s instructions.
• Keep shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser and skincare products away from the eyebrows.

IMPORTANT
Mild redness, tenderness, dryness, flaking and temporary colour changes can be normal during healing. Do not pick or remove peeling skin, as this may affect pigment retention.
